What is Ozaroo?
Ozaroo was launched in 2010 having been founded by brothers Chris and Conor Martin, operating the company from a bedroom in the early days and growing it to become a leading retailer, winning multiple fast-growth awards, creating employment for local people, as well as saving people money on today's most-loved brands. We work closely with top brands to make sure we always offer the latest products at low prices and a world-class shopping experience.
Where did the name come from?
Ozaroo started out by specialising solely in international trade with Australia in particular. We wanted something that stood out from the crowd. A name that our customers could easily relate to and remember - with 'Oz' being derived from the abbreviation of Australia, and 'aroo' from Australia's national symbol the kangaroo. Ozaroo earned the trust and loyalty of many Australians and customers from key international markets, so the team decided to stick with the popular and memorable brand name when we expanded into our domestic UK and Irish markets.
Are your products original and brand new?
Yes, all products in our store are 100% original, brand new, sealed and retail packaged - just as you would expect from a high-street retail store, but much better value. We work closely with every brand in stock to ensure we are supplied with only authentic latest model product.
Where are you located / where do you dispatch from?
Our registered office, distribution centre and customer service team are all located in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. All orders are picked, packed and dispatched from our Antrim-based distribution centre.
Is VAT included in the prices shown?
Yes, UK VAT at 20% is included in all prices shown on our website (if applicable). A VAT receipt/invoice will be emailed to you upon dispatch of your order.
