Picker/Packer

You will be mainly responsible for picking and packing our online retail customer orders, working to a high level of quality and productivity, and consistently achieving performance targets in our busy warehouse.

Permanent positions available:

• 4 Day Week - 38 hours (3 weekdays + 1 weekend day)
  
  
• 3 Day Week - 28.5 hours (2 weekdays + 1 weekend day)
  
  
• Saturday and Sunday - 19 hours

Work times: 7:15am - 5:45pm

£10.50 rising to £11.00 per hour after 3 months

Overtime rate £13.20 after 3 months

Location: Antrim Town, Kilbeg's Business Park (beside The Junction shopping centre)

Essential Requirements:

• Ability to meet physical demands: The role involves physical demands on a daily basis for long periods, including standing and/or walking for the entire shift; lifting and moving products, trolleys and cages; lifting, bending, reaching above the head, kneeling, crouching and/or stretching; and manual dexterity of both hands and wrists.
• Ability to complete duties accurately, quickly and efficiently
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
• Ability to consistently meet performance targets
• Excellent reading, numeracy and accuracy skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
