Craftsman - a trade classic
Featuring a full bodied head for optimum paint holding, Craftsman is a versatile, professional mixed bristle paint and varnish brush that combines the best qualities of synthetic bristles with top quality Chungking natural black bristle, set in a rust-resistant, stainless steel ferrule. Ideally first used with water-based emulsion paints such as matt, silk and eggshell, the fine tips of the synthetic bristles give a trade quality finish while the natural bristle gives the brush superb durability and 'breaks in' over time. As it breaks in, the tips naturally wear down and the ends split to give a soft, brush mark-free finish, making it ideal for gloss and satin paints as well. With a shaped, carefully balanced varnished wooden handle, the brush is comfortable to use even for long periods.

0.5" (12mm) for detail work and hard to reach areas
1" (25mm) for small jobs and touch-up work
1.5" (38mm) for architrave, skirting, panels, window frames and furniture
2" (50mm) for cutting in edges on walls and ceilings, doors, cabinets and railings
2.5" (63mm) for cutting in edges on walls and ceilings, doors and cabinets
3" (75mm) for cutting in edges on walls and ceilings, wide trim, fascia boards and steps
4" (100mm) for fast coverage of larger areas and laying off (smoothing) rolled gloss paints
